What Are the Best GTM Engineering Agencies in Melbourne?
Green Hat, xGrowth and Intelligent Resourcing all list a Melbourne office, but they sell different work. Green Hat and xGrowth sell business-to-business (B2B) marketing and account-based marketing (ABM). Intelligent Resourcing sells go-to-market (GTM) engineering. We list them alphabetically, so the order is not a ranking.
Victoria's startup scene is now worth A$134.3 billion, 26 times its 2016 value, according to the state's startup agency. That growth means more software firms buying GTM help. A city page alone does not show a local office, so we checked each listing.
How We Checked and Ordered Them
- Office: a Melbourne address on at least two public listings.
- Service: what the firm's own listing says it sells.
- Price: whether a price or tier is shown.
- Evidence: whether a named result or public report exists.
- Order: alphabetical, so no firm is ranked.

1. Green Hat
Green Hat is a B2B marketing agency. Clutch lists it as founded in 2001 with offices in Hawthorn and Crows Nest, and DesignRush gives a Hawthorn, Melbourne address. Digital Agency Network's Asia listing gives a Singapore head office, though Green Hat opened its Singapore office in 2024 as an expansion. Clutch lists marketing strategy, branding, content marketing, digital strategy, social media, email and search engine optimisation (SEO) as its service lines, and its profile also describes lead generation, ABM and automation work.
A real strength: Digital Agency Network says Green Hat publishes B2B research reports each year, including an Asia-Pacific buyer journey report.
Site: official website
Best for: Melbourne B2B firms that want strategy, content and ABM from one long-running agency.
Limitation: GTM engineering is not named in its Clutch service list, checked 6 November 2026. Ask whether any proposal includes a system built inside your customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
Pricing: DesignRush lists its rates as "Inquire".
Evidence: its research reports are public. No GTM engineering case study turned up in the listings checked.
2. Intelligent Resourcing
Intelligent Resourcing is a revenue operations studio. Its own site gives Seaford, Victoria as its address, and its Semrush agency profile lists Melbourne. Its GTM engineering service page says it replaces manual outbound work with signal-based systems and works inside your existing CRM with no migration.
A real strength: it is the only one of the three that names GTM engineering as its service in the listings and pages checked.
Site: GTM engineering page
Best for: B2B teams that want a system built inside their own CRM and prefer a small studio.
Limitation: it does not run paid media, social or brand campaigns. Teams that want those will need another partner.
Pricing: it publishes tiers on its pricing page.
Evidence: no client result is quoted in this guide. Ask for a live walkthrough of a past build and a dated result.
3. xGrowth
xGrowth is an ABM specialist. DesignRush and G2 give 2018 as its founding year. ZoomInfo lists its headquarters at 80 Market Street, South Melbourne. A June 2025 press release calls it a Melbourne-based B2B growth agency that offers ABM, GTM strategy, content and campaign work.
By its own account, xGrowth began ABM work in 2018, when few firms in Asia-Pacific were talking about it. That is a long track record in a narrow field.
Site: official website
Best for: tech and professional services firms with long, multi-person deals that want ABM run for them.
Limitation: none of the listings checked describes a build inside the client's CRM.
Pricing: DesignRush lists an average rate of $125 an hour and a minimum budget of $1,000 to $10,000, checked 6 November 2026.
Evidence: it has published a state of ABM report for Asia-Pacific, which trade site Marketech APAC covered. No GTM engineering result was found.
Who Builds GTM Systems for B2B Companies in Melbourne?
In this guide, one Melbourne firm sells the build itself: Intelligent Resourcing. Green Hat and xGrowth sell marketing programs built around target accounts and content. Both are real options for a different job. The table shows what each listing describes.
A GTM system is software and rules. It finds target accounts, collects data about them and triggers outreach. A marketing program uses people and campaigns to reach the same accounts. Match the type to the job before you compare prices.
| Firm | Melbourne office | Founded | What the listing describes | Price shown |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Green Hat | Hawthorn | 2001 | B2B strategy, content, ABM, automation | "Inquire" on DesignRush |
| Intelligent Resourcing | Seaford | 2024 | GTM engineering built in your CRM | Tiers on its pricing page |
| xGrowth | South Melbourne | 2018 | ABM, GTM strategy, content, campaigns | $125/hr on DesignRush |
Verified 6 November 2026 against Clutch's service list, DesignRush, ZoomInfo, G2, Semrush and Intelligent Resourcing's own site.

This page covers Melbourne only. For firms based elsewhere, see our national GTM engineering agencies list.
Do Melbourne RevOps and Marketing Operations Agencies Do GTM Engineering?
Sometimes, but not by default. Revenue operations (RevOps) agencies keep a CRM clean and reports accurate. GTM engineering builds new data flows and triggers on top of it. A job-ad study found most tasks overlap, so ask any local RevOps or marketing operations agency to show a build, not a job title.
| RevOps | GTM engineering | |
|---|---|---|
| Main job | Keep systems running and data clean | Build new flows that find and reach accounts |
| Typical output | Reports, clean records, admin | Triggers, data feeds, outreach rules |
| Test it with | A report you can read | A live demo of a past build |
One study of job ads found that GTM roles rose 205% year on year across the first nine months of 2025, counting RevOps roles too. It also found 9 of the top 10 tasks appear in both kinds of post. The author found the tasks are close to the same, but said the role still earns its own title because it needs coding and pays more. Either way, a label proves little.
That is why a Melbourne RevOps agency may be the right call, and a GTM engineering firm may not be. Ask three questions before you decide:
- What did you build for a client that still runs today?
- Where does it run: in the client's CRM or in your own tools?
- Can I see it working before I sign?

For a full list of what a build includes, read what a GTM engineering agency does.
How Do I Choose a GTM Engineering Agency in Melbourne?
Start with the job, then check the office, then ask what you keep. A marketing program, a system build and a strategy review need different firms. Check the Melbourne address on two listings, ask to see past work live, and get the price in writing.
- Match the job to the firm type. Marketing programs, builds and strategy advice are different purchases. The table above shows which of the three sells which.
- Check the office on two listings. xGrowth shows the same Market Street address on ZoomInfo's company listing and on DesignRush. Green Hat's Singapore listing differs from its Hawthorn one, which shows why one source is not enough.
- Ask what you keep. A build inside your CRM keeps running. A program run in the agency's own tools may stop when the contract does.
- Ask for a dated result. A named client and a date beat a general claim.
- Ask about price. Intelligent Resourcing publishes tiers on its pricing page, xGrowth shows an hourly rate on DesignRush, and Green Hat asks you to enquire.

A Melbourne office helps with in-person kick-offs. Most build work runs remotely. If you want a second opinion on which job you need, book a discovery call.
Which Melbourne Consultants Handle Go-To-Market Strategy for B2B?
Two firms in this guide sell strategy-led advice: ScaleStation and Australia GTM. Neither lists a Melbourne office in the sources checked. A consultant suits a scoped project, and an agency suits ongoing work. For that choice in full, see our guide to GTM engineering consultants in Australia. If you are weighing an outside firm against a hire, see fractional CMO vs GTM agency vs in-house.
ScaleStation
ScaleStation calls itself a go-to-market strategy and HubSpot consultancy for B2B firms, according to its G2 profile. That profile says its founder spent eight years as HubSpot's top consultant in Australia. HubSpot's partner directory lists it at the Diamond tier with a remote location, and CRM News Today gives "Australia" with no city, both checked 6 November 2026.
Site: HubSpot partner profile
Best for: B2B teams on HubSpot whose first problem is setup and strategy.
Limitation: the sources checked describe HubSpot and strategy work, not a signal build. This guide does not rank it against the three firms above.
Pricing: its Clutch contact page offers a custom proposal.
Australia GTM
Australia GTM's home page describes senior, hands-on GTM leadership for B2B software and AI founders. It lists six domains: strategy, sales, marketing, customer success, RevOps, and GTM engineering with AI. It offers fractional or interim leadership. The home page shows no office address, checked 6 November 2026.
Site: home page
Best for: software founders who need senior GTM leadership before a full-time hire.
Limitation: GTM engineering is one of six domains, so a build is one part of an engagement.
Evidence: the home page quotes clients including Nexl, Flagship and Clipboard. Nexl's chief of staff credits 150% year-on-year growth to the period since its Australia GTM leader joined. It is the firm's own quote, not an independent check.
Whichever firm you pick, the Melbourne address matters less than what keeps running in your CRM after the contract ends.
